The Role:

We are looking for a proactive HR professional who can drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition while supporting key People Operations initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of recruitment expertise, HR operations knowledge, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a structured organization with well-defined HR processes and systems and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Non-Tech roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and drive recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports.

People Operations

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, employee records, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure employee data accuracy.
  • Support statutory compliance and employee documentation requirements.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and processes.
  • Maintain HRMS records and ensure data accuracy.

Employee Experience & HR Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and policies.
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Partner with managers to ensure smooth execution of people processes.
  • Assist in driving HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 4–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
  • Proven experience hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech positions.
  • Good understanding of payroll coordination, employee documentation, compliance, and HR processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS platforms.
  • Experience working in a structured organization with established HR practices and systems.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in SaaS, Technology, Product, or Startup environments will be an added advantage.
