We are looking for a proactive HR professional who can drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition while supporting key People Operations initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of recruitment expertise, HR operations knowledge, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a structured organization with well-defined HR processes and systems and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 4–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Proven experience hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech positions.
- Good understanding of payroll coordination, employee documentation, compliance, and HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS platforms.
- Experience working in a structured organization with established HR practices and systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, Product, or Startup environments will be an added advantage.
