MIS analyst

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst who can work with raw datasets, build business logics using Excel, and translate outputs into professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel dashboards. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate insights. Over time, you will also get exposure to building automated Excel-based workflows.

Work with raw datasets and understand client business requirements.
Create and implement business logics using Excel formulas.
Validate data outputs and ensure accuracy.
Build summary tables, charts, and dashboards in Excel.
Prepare clean and professional PPT decks with key insights.
Ensure consistency between Excel outputs and presentations.
Support logic discussions and incorporate feedback during client calls.
Run automated Excel workflows by updating data and parameters.
Maintain documentation for business logics and assumptions.

1–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business analysis.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, logic building, and automation).
Ability to translate business requirements into structured Excel calculations.
Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
Good business understanding and analytical mindset.
High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Exposure to Power Query, Advanced Excel, VBA, or Power BI is a plus.
Experience handling large datasets is preferred.Client-facing or stakeholder interaction experience is an advantage.
