We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Managed Services Executive to support enterprise clients on the Kennect platform. The role involves handling incentive management processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing timely client support through close collaboration with stakeholders in industries like pharma and insurance.
Manage end-to-end system operations for clients:
Perform data uploads, mapping, extraction, and validation to ensure accuracy.
Configure and maintain the system as per client requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients:
Address queries via online meetings, office visits, and emails.
Ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by sharing best practices and driving maximum product adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and deliver seamless service.
