We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Managed Services Associate to support our enterprise clients in their day-to-day operations on the Kennect platform. This role involves close collaboration with clients across industries such as pharma and insurance, ensuring smooth functioning of their incentive management processes, data validation, analytics, and query resolution.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be comfortable working with data, and possess excellent communication abilities to engage with clients through meetings, emails, and presentations.
Act as the primary support partner for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless adoption and usage of the SaaS platform.
Perform system configuration , data uploads ,data validation, analysis, and reporting to support client incentive management processes.
Handle client queries and issues through online meetings, client visits, and email communications.
Maintain detailed documentation and logs of:
Client requests and resolutions
System/logic changes
Data validations and configuration updates
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, and Customer Success) to resolve client challenges and ensure timely delivery.
Proactively monitor client accounts for accuracy, compliance, and performance.
Regular health checks on integrations and platform usage.
Assist in automation, reporting enhancements, and analytics to improve client outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation of client processes, changes, and resolutions.
Providing guides, FAQs, or best practices to ensure adoption.
Regular business reviews (quarterly/half-yearly) to align with client goals.
Advising on best practices, process optimization, and industry benchmarks.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure high satisfaction levels.
1–3 years of experience in Managed Services, Client Support, Customer Success, or Data/Analytics roles (SaaS or IT services preferred).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and comfort with handling large datasets.
Exposure to analytics, validation, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to engage clients professionally.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering client value and operational excellence.
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred: Experience in pharma/insurance domain or incentive/compensation-related processes.
