Business Analyst (Implementation)

We are seeking a Business analyst(entry level). This role is suitable for someone who can tell compelling stories on a dashboard, draw conclusions with high-quality charts and graphs to present their findings in a clear and concise way.to develop future strategies.

Client & Requirement Management
Act as the primary point of contact for business requirements during client implementations
Understand and document incentive structures, KPIs, slabs, growth logic, deductions, exceptions, and payout rules
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and capture incentive logic, data dependencies, validation rules, and edge cases
Prepare and maintain BRDs and functional flow documents

Configuration & Solution Design
Translate business requirements into system configurations within Kennect
Define pool structures, role hierarchies, contribution logic, slabs, payouts, growth, and adjustment rules
Collaborate with Data Analysts to ensure accurate data mapping and transformations

Implementation & Testing Support
Support UAT planning and execution across incentive plans
Validate incentive outputs at all different roles and transactions
Identify gaps, mismatches, and edge cases during testing and support re-validation

Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with Project Managers for delivery timelines and progress tracking
Coordinate with tech teams on feasibility and logic implementation
Collaborate with data teams for input and output validation
Ensure all client communications are aligned and tracked via the PM

Documentation & Handover
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, assumptions, and exceptions
Support structured handover to the Customer Success team post go-live
Assist in preparing training materials and walkthroughs for client business users

1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (SaaS / HRTech / FinTech experience preferred)
Strong understanding of incentive compensation, variable pay, or sales performance metrics

High analytical ability with comfort in working on large and complex datasets
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, validations, reconciliations)
Ability to clearly document, explain, and reason through complex business logic

Good to Have
Experience in enterprise SaaS product implementations
Exposure to UAT cycles, system configuration, or rule-based calculation engines
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
Prior experience working with Sales, Finance, or HR stakeholders

Proactive communication with PMs and internal teams on risks, dependencies, or delays
High attention to detail with structured and logical problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment
