1. 1+ year of experience in Product or Analytics (internships included).
2. Bachelor’s in Engineering.
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
4. Basic knowledge of product management (backlog, user stories).
5. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with data tools.
6. Familiarity with AI tools for prompting, summarizing, and automation.
