The Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can own the sales cycle end-to-end — fromconverting MQLs to SQLs, running demos, and driving closures.
This role is ideal for someone who understands enterprise sales journeys and enjoys workingon high-value, consultative deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert MQLs → SQLs → demos → closures
  • Run product demos and tailor conversations based on client needs
  • Work on enterprise SaaS sales cycles (longer, consultative deals)
  • Engage with decision-makers across functions
  • Collaborate with SDRs/marketing to improve lead quality
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and follow-ups

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in B2B / SaaS sales
  • Experience in enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel (MQL to closure)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle demos and client conversations confidently
  • Ownership mindset and ability to drive deals independentl


Good to Have

  • Experience in FinTech / HRTech / Enterprise SaaS
  • Experience dealing with large organizations / multiple stakeholders
