The Role:

Company Description:

Kennect is a high growth SaaS company working with global enterprises to help them drive Sales behaviors using their Sales Incentive plans and bring transparency to the entire process. The company is in its growth stage expanding its team from current strength of ~50 team members.

We are looking at someone who can help contribute towards the growth of Kennect’s biggest asset - its talent? As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as the main point of contact for both candidates and business/tech teams, guiding them through the full recruiting lifecycle.

This role involves leadership in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the growth and success of the organization. This is an opportunity to shape Kennect’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  1. Spearhead recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, market research, sourcing, screening, interviews, follow up till the candidate joins.
  2. Ability to recruit passive candidates.
  3. Use your technical background to understand the needs of the hiring managers and the qualifications required for potential candidates.
  4. Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy in partnership with your leadership or hiring managers.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including explaining Employee Handbook, HR policy, Salary/Tax information, Mediclaim information and other company benefits.
  6. Implement cutting-edge recruiting methods company-wide, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to attract a dynamic and adaptive workforce.
  7. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
  8. Manage offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees, including exit interviews and documentation.

Employee Relations & Compensation:

  1. Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing them guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related queries and employee grievances.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and document retention policies.
  3. liaise with department heads monthly for salary reviews, variable calculations Bonus, or benefits.
  4. Promote a positive workplace culture and help with employee engagement initiatives.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  1. Utilize online and offline channels, including social media, job fairs, and universities partnerships, to promote the company's jobs.
  2. liaise with Marketing team to strategically develop and implement employer branding by creating compelling content that showcases the company's culture, values, and opportunities.
  3. Ensure a great candidate experience by keeping candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process. Familiarity with Ambition box and Glassdoor.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with 2+ years of experience in Technology hiring, preferably worked in Product companies.
  2. Proven experience in Talent acquisition for technical hiring.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  4. Have strong candidate interviewing skills and understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
  5. Experience in candidate assessment and management, ability to build and analyze reports.
